Stockade is Back!

RedFest is excited to welcome back to the stage in 2011 the wonderful talents of Stockade. STOCKADE enchants audiences around Queensland with the fabulous original songs of Chuck and Chrissy Euston. Their unique blend of blues and folk, Celtic and gospel styles, with hints of bluegrass and gypsy jazz is second to none.. With roots in Brisbane, then spending over 25 years working and travelling throughout the country, Chuck and Chrissy share a great passion for Australia and its amazing landscape and history. Their lyrics often reflect its beauty, and our need to preserve its treasures. Also woven into their songs are the stories of our pioneers, and of family living and departed. They entertain with humorous takes on the Aussie way of life, personal anecdotes and philosophies, as well as tales of growing up and growing old. Early Bird Ticket Purchase

Music and festival enthusiasts are encouraged to purchase their RedFest tickets online now to take advantage of the early bird specials. “The ticket prices are very affordable,” said Bruce Smith, Festival President. “We want to make the Festival accessible to everyone even in a tough economy. Ticket sales are off to a promising start and I encourage everyone to get them now to avoid the rush and to take advantage of the early bird savings.”
RedFest is offering the choice of prepurchasing a weekend entry ticket that allows multiple visits over the Festival Weekend, or for the first time, the opportunity to purchase a day entry ticket prior to the Festival. With all 10 performance/display/workshop venues under cover, there is no reason to miss your favourite performer because of poor weather conditions. All performance venues also have a generous seating allocation.

Mr Percival Workshop - RedFest 2010
