This is a great way to be a part of the RedFest community. RedFest needs over 300 volunteers to help with making everything happen from decorating, managing the stages to selling tickets.

It’s a big job but a fun one with free entry to the Festival every day AND only 4 hour shifts giving you time to enjoy RedFest too!

Some volunteers still needed in these key areas:

• Strawberry-eating competitions in August at shopping centres & Brisbane Square
• Strawberry-eating competition at RedFest
• Information Booth
• Art Gallery & Photo Competition stewards
• Clean up Crew (Sunday afternoon)
• Site Decoration & Site Signage (artistic skills or setting up)
• Ticketbooth (wristband sellers & applicators)
• Kids Korner craft & entertainment helpers
• Lantern parade marshalls
• Signage off-site – set up & pull down
• Waste & Recycling helpers

Tell the World about our Party!

Your first job is to tell your friends, tell your colleagues, tell your family… that you are volunteering at RedFest at the Redland Showgrounds from 3 – 5 September 2010!

Tell them it’s a great party with time to chill out, be a kid again at Sideshow Alley or compete in our famous strawberry eating, explore the delights of the stalls, gaze in wonder at the magical Lantern Parade and revel in the music… folk, jazz, rock and blues. RedFest is a great celebration – become a volunteer and join the Redfest community.
